This is ingenious! For the small amount of space that it takes, you get a serious lower body and core workout, with some upper body work, too. No joke, the movement is challenging. It is not as easy as they make it look, but it's doable without any pain or discomfort. Don't just do it for a couple of sets, use the middle-weighted band for twenty to thirty minutes - take your time, speed is not necessary - and you have a genuine cardio and booty workout!
