Sound on the glass is loud and clear, which helps bring them in from afar. Flip it over, and the slate sounds smooth and precise. Brings the big boys in every time. Love this call so much, got one for my son as well. Great overall call, no matter the situation.

Hands down the best call ive ever used. It can get as loud as you want or as soft as you want. And the slate on the back sounds about as good as any slate ive herd not sure if the crystal has something to do with that. JT crystal over slate will be in my vest the rest of my life no doubt about it

Good out of the box. First single reed call I have bought. Had a little learning curve switching from a double reed, but getting the hang of it. Sounds great!

I’m new to turkey hunting, but watching Jake’s YouTube videos got me to try his pot call. It was very easy to condition and produce acceptable turkey sounds quickly. I got the larger side slate and the smaller side glass. I find the glass side easier to use, so my next purchase will be glass on the larger side. Going after my first turkey on a newly piece of land I just bought. Gonna be fun!!!

Call look and sounds amazing! Easy to run and can handle the air if ya need to get loud but easy to finesse into feeding and soft quacks. Very highly recommend the Omen will be getting another from JT Calls

Absolutely love the quality of the build, and the sound is off the hook!!! Blew a quick couple of "hails" and a "quiet feeder chuckle" and thought my dog was gonna break down the door!! Can't wait to get this call in the blind and let the birds hear it! Counting the days to strap up some orange feet.

Awesome call and sounds great. Haven’t got the chance to hit the woods with it yet because my wife of course had to book a trip for us on opening weekend! But running it in the house before we left I swear I heard a distant gobble 😂

I can only attest to the sound of the call right now. My season doesn't start for another few weeks so I haven't had it out in the elements yet to really put it to the test. But as for the sound goes great quality, sounds excellent.
