Soooo pretty … excellent quality.. my daughters cried ..they are 25 and 20 ❤️ The customer service off the chart wonder! I messed up my email and didn’t know it .. didn’t get a shipping notice.. I called and they said they’d call me back so they could work on the situation…literally 30 minutes later received a call and the necklaces were already in route and they fixed the email address ! One of the greatest customer service situations I’ve ever been in or heard of !

I am trying to sell also so was disappointed when the necklace did not lay over the card nicely like in all the pictures. The necklace was placed in the slots in the black background but then the card was pushed on top which pushed the necklace up and the card did not lay flat. I want to give this as a gift, so I cut some slots in the card so the necklace would lay nice on top and now it looks good. There is also some black around one of the eyes - I am guessing it was not polished correctly....
