Thank you for the free electrolytes to try out. I have been reading how your cells don't absorb water if your potassium, sodium, and magnesium are out of whack. They worked really well, especially during a recent fast, and I would love to see them as a permanent option to buy.

Despite reading all the reviews, I placed my first order thinking, what’s to bet this is yet another expense, vile tasting mistake that doesn’t actually work. I honestly didn't think that I was going to like it that much but it really is nice and calming. I have it every 2nd to 3rd night or whenever I feel restless. My 17 yr old daughter Loves having it too as she's a little insomniatic so it helps her fall asleep quicker.

I was very sceptical about using Moodi Hot Chocolate, however after almost finishing my first tub I am happy to be able to say I am now having a very good night's sleep and no longer spend hours lying awake and if I do wake to go to the bathroom I find that I am able to get back to sleep. The new improved flavour is delicious!! You can taste it much more, just like having a really delicious glass of juice…. but better, as you know it’s actually good for your body (the watermelon flavour is my fav). I was experiencing gut issues and mood swings (peri-menopause) I didn’t recognise myself with the anger and emotions I was feeling - but I swear this has helped so much with stress. I love love this product. I can't function without it, being a PCOS and adhd girlie this beautiful blend helps me sleep and switch off my brain. I got this first up for the stress aspect and I did notice a difference, for gut health I gave the tropical to my mum to help her gut issues and she said it's been the first product that has truly helped her bloating and gass. Definitely would recommend the pink lemonade flavour as I found the tropical a bit bland and lacking in flavour

The best to help me sleep! Can't go past Moodi PM blends. Pictured here is the Mylk Chocolate flavour but I ordered both this and the Hot Chocolate on my last order and like both! If I had to pick, the Hot Choc is a bit more "easy drinking" and the Mylk Choc is creamier. Haven't decided which I prefer! But the PM blend in any flavour is a must for me when it comes to helping me sleep.

The start of my journey. So far so good. I have noticed my skin feels a lot better. Not as dry though. I haven't got big changes as it is still early days. What I have noticed though although slightly embarrassing is more wind? Not sure if that is a side affect but my view is that if it's needing releasing out then that's a great thing lol already have my next collection on the go. I have found since taking the mylk chocolate at night I have been more relaxed and don’t seem to toss and turn trying to get to sleep. I use the pink lemonade round lunch time hoping to give me energy through the day and it does seem to work. I do however mix with sparkling water. Just a bit of a change from water.
