I am loving the pre+probotic powders. Blackcurrant and apple is my absolute favourite but the tropicana and pink lemonade are also super tasty. I have it first thing in the morning and the refreshing taste is a great way to start my day. I was lucky enough to sample the premade drinks as well and once again the taste was awesome.

The Matcha Coconut blend is a great way to start my day, it tastes great and is easier on my stomach than coffee is first thing in the morning. I didn't really notice the difference in how I felt until I didn't take it for a few days and felt awful. Won't make that mistake again

Strawberry lemonade is probably the sweetest. Tropical is perfection and the lemon lime has that slight hint of sour which I find delicious.

I have only just started on moodi and already noticed my sleeping has gotten better. I usually wake up every hour to two hours and after 3 days of having smoothies last night I only woke up once, I also don’t get cravings now all the time. I used the smoothie recipe from the card that came with and found that as I am not a peanut butter lover I have had to halve the amount as that was all I could taste since then I can honestly say love it

I’m Day 3 of Keto (after not taking care of myself for a while!), so the headache and cravings were hitting hard by 8pm.
