I have only just started on moodi and already noticed my sleeping has gotten better. I usually wake up every hour to two hours and after 3 days of having smoothies last night I only woke up once, I also don’t get cravings now all the time. I used the smoothie recipe from the card that came with and found that as I am not a peanut butter lover I have had to halve the amount as that was all I could taste since then I can honestly say love it

Absolutely love the taste of the Berry Blush functional protein powder . I use it most mornings in a delicious fruit filled smoothie for breakfast. This keeps me full until lunchtime. I also do the same with the Blue Vanilla Functional Protein powder. The bundle is a perfect value buy.

Definitely feel the reduced stress. My job requires high focus especially when it comes to emergency response. I also work in a room with no fresh air and no sunlight so the mental health benefits are important to me. Love both Moodi blends flavours combined with fruit and almond milk. Received my pink lemonade and absolutely love the flavour! I have tried a few different drinks for gut health and this by far tops them all! AMAZING STUFF!! I've had stomach and bowel surgery and struggle with digestion - everything healthy seems to set me off. I can no longer digest fruit and vegetable fibre, probiotics, supplements etc etc BUT much to my surprise I CAN digest moodi elixers AND they make me feel GREAT! I'm so happy - my stomach is happier than it's been in ages and my body just feels like it's happier in every way. Both delicious but pink lemonade is super yum.

I cannot recommend this hot choc latte more! I've had problems sleeping for years but this has me going to sleep before my podcast I go to sleep with has even finished! I am loving the protein blends! I really enjoy them with yogurt, chia seeds and fruit like blueberries or strawberries. It’s the perfect snack when feeling like something sweet after dinner or just need a little pick me up at 3pm. The biggest change I have noticed is I don’t get as irritable. I’ve struggled with bloating, my job line is extremely stressful and I struggle to get a good nights sleep. I have had mouth surgery. Only able to consume liquids. The only things that kept me going are selections from my Moodi order. The pink Lemonade is very refreshing. I received my Pink Lemonade this week. I was a little worried about clumping as I had seen others post about it, but I am beyond pleased to say I have not had a single issue with any clumping and I have been using cold water even though it says room temp to avoid clumping! Bloody amazing had my very first great sleep last night without a problem. The Hot Chocolate is on point its yummy cold. Both the AM-PM bundle have made me cut down on alot of teas also absolutely no need for sugar at all. The cosmic coffee does as it says. No complaints just a very big thank you 💕. I am at the end of the cosmic coffee container and really noticed a difference in my anxiety levels. It has "taken the edge off". I normally feel anxious when leaving to go to shops or when I work my 2 days a week and I'm feeling more calm about these things. It's definitely a daily ritual now. Some mornings if I was rushed I'd just pop the powder straight into my smoothie.

I love the flavours and the texture is so good. There is no powdery feeling in the protein..
