I wore out my first MenoPod and it worked so well for me that I ordered a second. Used it one time and I dropped it on the floor in the middle of the night, and now the button to turn it on doesn't work. I have not yet approached the company about the possibility of a replacement. It was my error and $150 is a lot to spend on one use but I sure would appreciate a replacement.

I got it as a Christmas present for my partner who has been battling severe hot flashes at night for years. It is handy on the nightstand for the night hot flashes when you aren’t quite awake. It looks like a mouse and us easy to use. I wish it stayed cool for about double the time, but it is enough to knock the edge off to go back to sleep quickly. Also, best cooling location for me is on the breastbone, not the neck.

It’s an okay product. It’s pricey and you don’t get actually get a travel case for the device. This device really won’t change your menopause experience or make it better. It’s a heavy item so it may be awkward to carry in your purse. I found the cooling towel to be much more effective.
