I am not a big person (5’2” and 120#) but the medium is so tight I can’t get it over my knee. I tried bending it in half and rolling it over, but it still barely covered the top of knee, and the lower half felt constricting on my calf. Maybe the Large will fit. The construction and material are impressive.
