I actually like the product. I’ve ordered before. However I have not received this order and I ordered it a month ago. I have tried contacting support and I get no response. It’s very irritating and unprofessional for a company to do this. I will never order again. All I ask is it least for help or explaining from customer service. Don’t waste your time or money. It’s not worth the headache.

did separate reviews on the pods. really nice! only downside that the flavors are faint and that when you hit it, the vapor has this taste to it. the flavors are nice tho. they taste exactly like the fruits, especially pineapple! it tastes exactly like a freshly cut pineapple. i love them. wish they had some sort of sweetness to it though. my favorite had to be blueberry! definitely buying the pack with mint, orange, and mocha. and peach also! i hope you guys make more flavors like mango, cotton...

does taste like a blue raspberry! its really good, only downside is that it is faint and the vapor has been his taste to it, it happens to all the pods. but the taste does taste fruity, not so much sweet at all. just the actual fruit, no added sweetness, or anything like that. i love the vapor production! real good

Yes it does taste like mint. When you blow out smoke it’s a light mint flavor. When inhaling you get a feeling like chewing mint gum and drinking cold water that gets more intense the longer you inhale.

The package could have gotten to me a little quicker but overall I am satisfied with my purchase. The mocha pods provide a flavor that isn't too strong but it taste like mocha. Overall good purchase.

ive bought this around 3 weeks ago and it took over 2 weeks to send the pods but once i received my pods i did not receive my LUU device. its been 4 days as of writing this that i have not received any help from the support team except bot messages do not buy if you want to wait for nothing.

I never received my order and no one will answer my emails when I ask about it. I was given a tracking number that did not work and the carrier for my order was based in the UK for some reason, even though Luu is in the US and so am I. Do not order with these people.

good deals. My LUU came somewhat charged and took 38 minutes to fully charge it. So far one pod pack lasted me a month but testing the new ones (and using them more) my second pod pack isn't lasting as long. These are great pods so I will be buying more later on. Hopefully new flavors sometime this year?

I liked it as far as vapor but flavor and taste wasn't the best. I wosj it was just a bit more flavorful. But I accidentally used throughout wrong end and from there it just kinda tasted a little smoky. But overall I would suggest a friend time buy.

Never got my order, customer service sucks. No one responds to my emails about my order and when it will be shipped, no talks to me about anything, no communication at all from the company, highly unprofessional. Don't bother buying from them at all basically a scam ! I placed my order on July 25th and nits it's August 14th I have multiple screenshots of me sending emails to them and they don't respond or communicate. Really just don't waste your money on a company that has no decency to respond...
