The product itself, as designed, is excellent. I bought two of them as gifts for different people. The only problem is that for both, the part of the map that represents Manhattan snapped off and needed to be glued back on. On some of the letters of the standalone state name, one letter was bent versus the others. The design itself is fantastic; it looks great, they just need to get the shipping figured out to get it delivered undamaged.
