This case is quite good with my 2022 iPad Air. It's nice-looking, protective, and functional. The craftsmanship is clear, and the book-like structure is elegant.
That said, I don't think I'd buy another if ever needed for a couple of reasons. Reason one, the biggest one, is the branding. This wasn't a surprise, exactly, but in person the loud, gold foil on the back is a bit much and distracts from the cleanliness of the case, and the large sticker on the inside is another significant free ad ...

Was so looking forward to this after the reviews. I am so disappointed especially since this was a splurge for me. The case keeps sliding way out when I open the iPad to use. I constantly have to move it back and it keeps sliding way forward. I did not return it as they apparently are made to order?! This was for my iPadPro. Cover is very nice and would give it 5 stars for esthetics but 2 or less for functionality, which is to me just as important. Would not recommend unfortunately.

Agree with Marc S. It’s very stiff and bulky and hard to hold. I was expecting something much better designed. It’s also darker than in the pictures. I’m hoping it loosens up but may have to ditch it for a much cheaper and lighter option.

Did not include the strap to close. Had to buy something. Also the pencil loop was entirely too large. Had to buy something to hold my pencil too. If these weren’t custom, but I will return it and if it didn’t take forever to get one, I would probably ask for an exchange, but I don’t wanna go through all that so while I do like it, it just defeats the purpose if I have to buy additional things to keep the book thing close and hold my pencil.

This is an attractive and sturdy case. But my Apple Pencil keep falling off in spite of the elastic band, and my Magic Keyboard wasn’t firmly secure but kept moving once inside the DoDo case.
