I also posted this on Instagram. However, I would like to convey to GIVA a message to start a good program this year for buy-back of their products. As far as I know, GIVA products can only be returned within 30 days. Additionally, for jewellery exchanges, we receive only ₹200 per piece, even if the original purchase price is significantly higher. So, if there is any program where we can bring back GIVA products at least in the first 5 years, it would be a great investment for the customers.
