This stuff is excellent. I bought the whole beans and there's a very very very light syrup remaining on the beans which when ground enhances the flavors 10x. Incredibly good. This is my go-to in the morning... or afternoon... or anytime really.

I love this coffee. I like a smooth cup of coffee with little or no acid taste. I only generally drink 1 cup a day and look forward to this every morning. When I open the canister and breath in the coffee it is just amazing. It alone perks me up.

It is really hard to explain. It is not a coffee that fills the house with a dark roast aroma. But when you smell it everyone says that's the good stuff rite! It is one that 5 out of the 6 adults here really like. The one person who doesn't drink this doesn't drink coffee. At this house it's # 1

I keep my Holy Grail coffee in a coffee Canister, and every morning when I wake up to open the Canister, the smell is amazing. It makes my morning. I only drink (Usually) 1 cup a day and I drink my coffee black because I love the flavor of coffee and Holy Grail is by far the best tasting coffee I have ever had. PS I grind and cold brew my coffee to drink for the next day and I don't know if this adds to the taste, but the taste is spectacular.
