I am very pleased with this item. The best thing about the diamonds is that they are square-shaped instead of being round- shaped, this means that there are no spaces showing between the diamonds on the canvas. The scene is life-like and beautiful. the only problem I have had is that the folding of the canvas for delivery caused some of the sticky glue on the canvas in the centre of the canvas to stuck together, and so the glue had come off, but my way around it was to buy some clear double-side...

I complained this canvas was FOLDED when I received it and was told it will straighten out once I put the diamonds on it. We'll it didn't. I had it under some heavy tiles about 6 months BEFORE I even worked on it to try to straighten it out. And as you can see, it is still creased and I am not happy with this. So much work put into this and to have those creases in it is unacceptable!!!

The picture of my granddaughter looks nothing like the one l expected, she has brown skin not white and her dress is supposed to be sunshine yellow, not pale yellow and flesh tone, you can't tell where her neck ends and her dress begins. Her face looks like she has clown makeup on, l spent too much and waited too long to get this. I am so upset, I am going to trash it.

Squares are a bit harder to align compared to round one which has a background, easy to finish it by just using the end of the tool to get the beads straightened.

I sent a letter to their customer service asking if they would show up on the canvas and if it might be possible to take them out. I heard right back from them and they were going to look into it. I'm really glad I bought this but sadly it took about a month to arrive to Arizona and I got the smallest size and chose the angel and its a little difficult to tell what the picture is I highly recommend to get the more detailed pictures in bigger sizes and expect a wait.

It's great quality, but the shipping time from the site is SO inaccurate. Processing time I can understand, it is a custom order, but it shipped from China and took WEEKS to arrive when the site clearly states 5-10 days shipping. It's really not an issue, but they should be honest about how long it will take. Order well in advance!
