This phone case is made well. I was confused by the photo and thought that the case folded over the phone screen. It is okay, though. It fits in my purse pocket better. The charger needs to be pushed into the port a bit since the case is a bit more cushioned. I do really like the color blue... not light enough to get dirty.

The site said two weeks for delivery and it ended up over two months. The product was shipped from China. The website appears to be US. There is no identification that items are being shipped from out of country and it took a lot of searching on the site to see where it was actually based. I will do a lot more investigation in the future before I order any products. Went with this site because I didn’t want to go with the giant Amazon.

Very helpful in filming overhead demo videos while painting. Unfortunately the bendable rod is not as strong as anticipated so the phone pulls it down quite a bit. It takes some adjusting to get it to the right height. It is also wobbly, so it has to be secured to a stable surface. Otherwise, it is very easy to use. It looked nice and the leather and stitching were even. but one of the grommets for the lanyard tore after 4.5 weeks, and since the warranty was only for 30 days, I was not able to get a replacement iPhone holder. I can use it without the lanyard.

This case is fantastically built and is quite good looking. I feel confident in the protection provided. My greatest disappointment is the fact that no written material about the case mentions the fact that you cannot use the "fingerprint" capability of the Galaxy S20. At let the buyer know in advance that it will not work. Otherwise, it's a great protector for your phone.

Heavy duty case. Will protect your phone. Only reason I held back a star is that due to the heavy protection, my fingers (probably the problem) have a hard time working with the touch screen. Seem to have to press pretty hard. Buttons on the side same way. Not a bad trade off, but it is a little aggravating if I’m in a hurry. Always have to go back and correct some words despite autocorrect. Other than that, I love it!

Nice case, but a removable fit right screen protector would be a nice option. I'm rough on my phone so the case is starting to lose some paint and as usual the dust cover for the cable plug is gone. 2.5 weeks for delivery was a bit to wait. Still like the case itself

Not recommend for NFC scan or Apple Pay, the rubber and metal makes it difficult to use that function on my phone. As a security guard needing to scan NFC tags as part of my work, it is a disappointment and difficult in certain temperatures. Also the switch for the silence or ringtone doesn’t work either, it is difficult to press but otherwise it’s feels protected and secure.
