The package arrived and seemed to be well protected, but upon opening the wooden box lid was broken making it unusable. The glass wasn't broken, and it's a beautiful glass, but I expected it to be heavier, compared to a crystal set I already own. I notified the company about the box, to which they responded quickly and said they are sending a replacement, we'll see.
