My son absolutely loved the glass. It didn't arrive until after Christmas, which was disappointing. The delivery time was much longer than stated.
However, the glass is stunning. In its own box and so nicely protected. My son, was delighted with such a unique and beautifully crafted gift.

This is my new favorite whisky glass.
Not only is it wobbly (yes, it will travel on an unstable surface), it is a true Old Fashion glass.
Not the trendy DOF, but a more refined and robust reminder of when cocktails had a bit of whimsy and sophistication.
Please take into account that the process of ordering-to-delivery will not be as instantaneous as most of us have come to expect, but the craftsmanship of the end product is well worth the wait.

More beautiful than the advertisement led on to! Very nice heft to the glasses, and, I don't know how I missed the unique feature, there's a tiny chamber filled with some suspensory fluid and 24k gold flake in the bottom center of each glass. Not like I was trying to be super fancy, but these are now centerpieces for my collection of little "airplane" glass liquor bottles. Very exquisite craftsmanship!

The Yuki - Japanese EDO Kiriko Whiskey Glass allows the color of the whiskey to come through and provides a substantial feel in the hand as you savor your drink. The glass is different from the traditional wide bowl and small mouth design in that the structure of the glass is much more robust with thicker glass and the textured surface with a wide mouth that allows for appreciation of the aroma as one drinks the whiskey. I found it gave a superior whiskey drinking experience.

I purchased a beautiful handmade Japanese glass from Kori Whiskey. It is a fantastic piece of art; holding it in my hand makes every drink feel like a special experience. Although they are called Kori Whiskey, I use this glass for my collection of fine rums. In my opinion, they could just as easily be called Kori Rum! Great quality. Kampai! Or in Dutch 'Proost'.

Feels great in your hand, heavy crystal, beautifully crafted. I thought the 24k gold might be kinda of cheesy, but it has a cool label that is encased in the glass so it won’t ever start flaking off. Perfect for “tasting” of high end bourbons as the volume is small, but provides more than enough for a good taste with a rich experience.

I didn't understand that the gold flake in the bottom of this cut crystal shot glass is actually free to move inside of the capsule. It moves as you tilt the glass and catches the light in different ways. My husband is very happy with his gift! He said, "Wow, these are super fancy!"
