Love the glasses, they are very unique. I disliked how they’re misbranded as japanese, i would not have been willing to spend $200 for 4 glasses if i knew they were coming from china. But 4 stars because they still look nice.

Ordering, delivery was great, the glasses are lovely, small, but lovely. The coasters are great, I would have preferred 4, but thought they were great. This was a gift for my roomie, he is back from his travels after the 3rd of Jan, so I will take pictures of the gift then.

It's a nice glass. It is not a thick glass. Some customers claim it means cheap. I disagree as thin glass can be quality glass. I think this one is ok. I will not be buying these products again though. The wait is long, it is pricey, packaging is safe but visually mid.

I did have an issue with your website … it duplicated my order and I had to fight tooth and nail to get a refund. -the dude basically told me “you should have said this before the order shipped “ which is bullshit cause it hadn’t shipped. And when the refund happened it was proof it hadn’t shipped. You need better customer service and better website quality control. Hopefully this helps

I like the glasses - nice modern design, there isn’t much weight to them which there usually is with a whisky glass is my only negative. The website says all glasses arrive in a wooden box but they didn’t & I bought them as a gift - waiting to hear back from customer service so hopefully I’ll receive them.
