It was a journey to get here - multiple failed deliveries, long waiting times and many emails. But finally got these cuties into a temporary tank after quarantine for two weeks. Not all made it unfortunately. But Shrimp Up sent another package to honor their policy. I didn’t even know they did that. I said that is wasn’t necessary as we faced so many failed attempts and I was happy with what I had. I received the package last night. Picture is of the first order.

For my first order of 10 shrimp the bag came with 8 shrimp. I think two of them died during the shipping process. I reached out to ask if there was any possibility to have a reimbursement and the buisness owner kindly offered to send a reorder of the shrimp. Not only did Shrimp Up Aquatics have the best price after shipping by far, but every shrimp I received came alive and healthy. I even received a couple extras and 2 pregnant females. I ordered 5 fire red cherry and 5 blue dream. They arrived were (mostly) active and appear healthy except for the 1 fire red cherry that didn't make the trip. There were a total of 3 fire red cherry and 6 blue dream. I'm assuming a blue snuck in with his mates and got counted as a red?
