Had a few deaths during shipment, that was due to a delay in shipping. They offered a reshipment without even asking. They arrived alive and well and BEAUTIFUL!! Not a typical assortment of skittle shrimp, had a rare assortment of colors and some arrived carrying eggs already!!! Will order from again!!!

The wood is great! Be aware that it will initially float. I boiled both of the pieces I got for about 10 minutes. Just to disinfect them and help get them water logged. The one I still had to way down with a rock afterward, the other one sank a couple hours after putting it in the tank.

I’m 99% sure one of these cherry-shrimp-sized shrimp is my amano shrimp! There was one “Wild type” that was very active after I added everyone to the tank, so I’m guessing that one is the amano I ordered! I’m sure I’ll figure it out eventually. I have no reason to doubt that I received the amano through!

All my shrimp got here healthy and they look good. I will say that they are not anywhere close to the coloring showed in the photo. They have a slight blue tent but they’re basically red rilli, not really worth the extra 5 or so bucks for pretty much the same shrimp. I’m happy I have them and they are pretty, but they are kinda falsely advertised lol

Have ordered two times now. First first order was 20 red and a moss ball. Five were dead or in pieces. Sent an email and received a reply within a day. Replacements were sent out the following week. Ordered 40 with discount second time around. Only one dead and received more than ordered. Shrimp are healthy and very active. Don't think I will order from anywhere else and will recommend ShrimpUp to anyone I know looking for shrimp.

2 DOA but it still left me with the amount I was supposed to have to I can’t complain. The box also wasn’t shipped with an ice pack like the shipping info said it would be if it was in a certain temp in my area so the water and box were a little warm but luckily it wasn’t too bad. The ones that are alive are all a nice color but they do seem pretty young possibly still needing a little while before they're breeding age but overall it was quick shipping with affordable prices so it’s all good
