Shipping was prompt and packaged well. Only had one doa. I did lose several, one or 2 a day for awhile. Made sure my water parameters were in good order and did the drip method acclamation. Not sure if they were just too cold when I got them, let them warm up in the bag. Very pretty colors and a good variety.

I ordered 20 Cherry shrimp, not realizing a winter storm was approaching. I pretty much thought I murdered 20 shrimps and they would arrive in a frozen block. But, the shipper made a great effort to land the shrimps right on my doorstep the one day the temps were warmer, in fact perfect weather for the shrimps. Everyone arrived intact, one shrimp looked a little dazed, but he perked up pretty quickly. All are happy in there new home as it snows outside!

Wonderful and colorful aquarium mates for my 35 gallon planted hex tank. We did lose 1 shrimp during delivery but the other 9 looks amazing and got to work immediately. We will get another package of 10 skittle shrimp soon. My daughter loves them.

So, I have been raising shrimp for several years. However, I had recently lost several and decided to try a new color. Concerned that the shrimp were in the mail for 6 days, I contacted the site frequently. They assured me the shrimp would be fine. Upon arrival there was only one DOA. They were a bit skittish but seemed ok After addition to my planted tank I lost all but 7 shrimp. I was devastated. The owner really wanted to help and after sending my tank perimeters we found my KH to be low....

Ordered 10 skittles shrimp on a Friday and they arrived the following friday. Packaging was great and they sent a total of 15 and 2 snails. One arrived dead and I didn’t want the snails in my tank, but all others seemed great. My only complain about this order is that I expected more color based on the “product” name. Out of the 14, only 2or 3 have nice/bright colors and everyone else was very light or no color. Very underwhelming. I have another order that hasn’t shipped out yet, so will see...

Ordered 10 orange rilis. Shipping was super fast and I received 11 live shrimp. Did a slow drip acclimation and one died on day 2, but now 2 weeks later, the remaining 10 are all still thriving. Took about 5 days to ship, but once shipped it was fast (paid for 2 day). One shrimp out of 20 didn't survive buy the ones that did look great and a few are pregnant so no complaints. They are a good deep color of blue.
