The wood is beautiful ! However, the item arrived damaged and very poorly wrapped. Customer service did send over a new piece. The cushions are also completely different from what’s shown (they’re a darker beige and an outdoor, polyester-type material. they’re also quite crinkly, hard, and pillows are smaller and flatter). I would not have ordered if I had known I’d recieve an item that looked so different and low quality - beware as they don’t offer refunds! At least the wood is beautifully cra...
