The energy aspect works well enough. It gets me through the day with less grogginess than usual. However, getting past the flavor is the real battle. As the Caffeine Melt dissolves under your tongue it's quite bitter amongst other unfortunate tasting notes. I was excited for all the flavors that the company offered but that anticipation was washed away as soon as I tried one. I tried multiple flavors to see if it got any better but sadly no. They all are a tough taste to experience.

The lemonade flavors are actually pretty decent compared to the other flavors I tried. I'm not sure which one is which since it's a two flavor pack but the darker color is better. Definitely not candy level good but tolerable enough to let it melt.
So far I've only tried 1/2 and 3/4 at a time. I don't really see much of an improvement focus wise compared to an energy drink. Energy wise it works faster than drinking a coffee or an energy drink, no crashing.

These were awful. Tasted like crap and left a painful feeling in my mouth for a whole day afterwards. Maybe I’m allergic or something, but I personally wouldn’t risk it since I experienced a similar affect from the other flavors I tried. Couldn’t hold it in my mouth long enough to let it dissolve due to the barf taste, so I can’t speak to the caffeine benefits.

I really wanted to love these, but NOWHERE is it mentioned that the insides of these "candies" taste terrible. Not even like a coffee bean! They taste like biting into an antibiotic tablet or a Tylenol tab. There is no way these are consumable....I wish I could get a refund. None of the flavors are palatable...and yes, I let them "melt" and did not bite/chew. Such a disappointment.
