I'm in my late 70's and take my blood pressure and heart rate every day and upload it to my i phone so I can show it to my doctor so he can see how it changes each day. It also tracks my sleep each night so I see if I get enough sleep.

Several other fitness bands, including fit bit were not sturdy enough for regular use, without breaking to pieces, or malfunctioning , altogether. This one is tougher than any other fitness band, I' ve ever had. We'll see how long this lasts though, so far, so good.

Have had my ThinkBand Blood Pressure Smart Watch and Heart Rate Monitor for about 2 1/2 weeks. Love it! It provides all the information I wanted plus. Easy app download and sync. Watch and band is high quality construction. I would definitely recommend it for someone looking for an inexpensive health and activity monitor.

love it! just tried it. Although the size is big, but i do feel a bit of a pinch on my forehead and under eye. Overall does it work? yes. I have like this before and it was a wand. I used it everyday for 2 weeks. My neck is not wrinkly and has tighten more. Get a Snail serum which i used.
