We’ve never owned an olive wood cutting board and so imagine our surprise when this beauty showed up!
We haven’t used it yet, but we bought food grade mineral spirits to season and seal it, and it looks even more gorgeous than when we first received it.
Can’t wait to use it! A functional piece of art is always a great addition to any home.

I got this knife for my husband. He's been following The Nikos Knife page on Facebook for awhile now and raving about the knife he uses. He was so surprised and excited to receive this knife. It had a bit of weight to it, but it goes so well when it's time to cut. The blade is perfection! It's a beautiful and well made knife. I actually feel like calling it a knife is beneath it 😆. I love this knife. At first I was intimidated by the size but I quickly became very comfortable with it. It has almost entirely replaced my chef’s knife. It looks and feels amazing. I like the wide cleaver style blade for chopping through whole watermelons, smashing whole heads of garlic, and scooping up diced onions. I like the leather sheath it comes with too. I carry this in my work bag for my personal chef work no problem. Make sure to wipe it dry completely after every use. 🙏

I purchased my Niko’s knife a couple years ago and it has been a great durable knife for specific food prep.
