I see veterans in stores, on the street, or where ever and first thank them for their service and ask them when they served and was branch. If they served during the Vietnam War I give them one of these coins. If not, I give them another of the coins from your collection. The response is usually surprise and a warm thank you. Bob

The fallen Soldier memorial lapel pins are great. I present these to Soldiers who go above and beyond. I am not a fan of the challenge coins because they just sit in the office on a desk and collect dust. The lapel pins can be seen on motorcycle vests and jackets, on rucks and even a sports coat to show that we have not forgotten.

My friend got cancer from breathing the fumes from Fire Trucks. Since then, they have vented all fire stations. He lost his battle with cancer and is with his heavenly father. I gave the Fireman's Coin to his wife at the funeral and she was touched by it.

I keep a couple coins in my pocket when I leave the house. I usually end up giving out a few every week. I love seeing the joy in the faces of the recipients. I was at the restaurant and saw an older gentile man and his wife sitting at a table. I noticed his military cap, so I walked over and shook his hand handing him a coin. His eyes lit up. After going back to my table, his wife came over and thanked me profusely. I gave a little joy to two people.
