This is supposed to be the "mildest sauce" in this year's red label reserve. Just to highlight, the meaning "mildest" doesn't apply here to any extent. This is freaking brutal like all the sauces included in this year's Red Label reserve. Thank you Zac Perkins since again for making the best hot sauces in this world.

I've used the Roasted Garlic Ghost Racha a few times so far. I love the flavor and it has some good heat to it. I made chicken and Carolina Reaper blend cheese burritos this sauce. They turned out great. I made pork loin bites using a Japanese BBQ sauce mixed with this sauce as a marinade. They turned out full of flavor and kicked the heat up. A totally awesome sauce! Love it.

This is now my go to hot sauce to out on almost everything from eggs to chili. The combination of peppers, onions, cilantro, and smoked paprika make it the best tasting hot sauce along with just enough heat to back it up for me. Working with Zac is easy and he’s done a fantastic job job.

First off, Sorry I put your great sauce on Taco Bell.. but I'll tell you what!!... That soft taco was the best taco treat I've had in a coons age once I put some of the Ghostly Prick on it! Marinated the two chicken boneless thighs for about 1 hour in 5 tbsp's of Piri Piri Painful Hot Sauce. Grilled them up on the grill and then sliced the chicken into cubes for my romaine salad. The flavor is awesome and goes great on my sausage, egg,cheese,and toasted English muffin breakfast sandwich. My wife normally doesn’t use hot sauce but the flavor and heat level are perfect for her. I heard about this company on social media and figured I'd give it a shot... and really glad I did! You can actually see the ingredients in it. What a difference in quality compared to mass produced sauces. All 4 flavors I've tried were delicious and I would highly recommend High Desert Sauce Co to anyone.
