This was a xmas gift for a friend so we are repeat customers as we got one of our girl last year. My friends dog is a black Schnauzer and black animals are very hard to photo or paint. I did not like the first file sent and they redid it and asked for more photos. It turned out so much better! Very pleased with the quality of the product and their customer service.
