This is my go to postpartum faja, I’m
5”4 and 216 pounds currently. I ordered a size medium for that extra snatch , id order a size L for a more comfortable fit but I like that extra compression! Definitely a little hard getting it on, I’d suggest putting it on over your head instead from the bottom. After having 4 kids and a weak core, this helps my confidence so much. Give it a try !

I’ve been purchasing jeans from here through out the years from larger sizes to smaller ones as my body changed and I lost weight.
The sizes can be tricky these are the sizes I I purchased and the equivalent that worked for me. I recommend using the site’s sizing chart as well.
Size 10 = 9 jeans
Size 8 = 7 jeans
Size 6 = 5 jeans
Size 4/5=3 jeans
Leggings:
Size 4-6 Small
These are the sizes I purchased and they fit a little snug to get that butt lift and they still had some stretch.
