Great first impression with unique shipping container watch box, warranty card etc. Watch is well protected during transit, which is relatively quick considering. Great watch specs for the price and the little touches; signed crown, matching strap hardware. NATO took a few days to break in now wears a treat. The lumed numerals and hands are great in low light. Unbeatable value at this price point.

I like this watch very much because his originality, his dial. Anyway the real colour is so much dark than in the pictures. I'd preferred a blue not so dark. Lumen is durable enough but is much better in a deep dark ambient. The turtle mosaic illuminated can only be seen with the camera not with eyes. On the bad side precision was terrible. It came with +30s a day. I could it corrected and now is ok but not everybody can do it.

This came a few days ago and I Love it. I put a patina on it to make it look old by putting it in a box with mashed up boiled egg (H2S2 from the egg reacts with the copper in the bronze to make it look old). I overdid it a bit and the watch no longer matched the colour of the strap buckles so I reduced the patina a bit by putting the case in white vinegar for a few seconds brushing it with a toothbrush. Nice watch. The case is really well done. The crown action is smooth to operate with none of the grittiness to wind that is sometimes occurs with NH35 movements. The leather strap does add some bulk underneath the watch and the lume isn't very good. Overall, I am very pleased. It will also be fun to see how the patina develops. If you can live with the two things I mentioned above, the white date wheel and want something a bit different in your collection, then I would recommend.

Hullo, this storm watch is running at -3 seconds after 7 days on winder , I had to check it twice, yes it’s true, I have the urban which is +156 seconds for 7 days which is acceptable for skeleton watches, maybe it’s the non hacking in the storm , very impressive, maybe it’s the price, go for it.

Having had my watch for a month I can honestly say that it’s a joy to wear. I have arthritis in my left wrist and lower thumb joint so I stopped wearing watches. I don’t even notice that I’m wearing it. It’s reasonably accurate too, losing about 15 seconds a day. Great looking but if you need luminosity then forget it.

This is an amazing watch for the price. The dial has so much detail and light play that it is worth more than the price. The clasp on the strap is a bit confusing, so there should be instructions included about adjustment procedure. I gave this watch as a wedding present and the bride loves it, even though she is not a watch person. But, I am envious of how much watch she got, compared to many of the watches in my own collection that are more expensive.

How do they do it at the price? Delighted with my purchase. Is it a Miyota 8215 movement or is a Seiko one as the spec states? The second had moves about 3 times per second and is smooth and even. It does hack. Had it 24 hours and it’s lost only 6 seconds in that time. Delivery was late with poor tracking communication from the carrier. In the end the item was notified as lost but fortunately it appeared the next day. Still worthy of 5 stars.

Wow. I own over 50 watches in the range of $15,000 down to some inexpensive watches like this and let me tell you this thing is an eye catcher and the power reserve exceeds what it's rated at. The lume, although it's minimal stays bright for a fairly long time. I keep it in my watch winder with some of my high end watches and it keeps better time that some of them. Would love to review the storm next.
