When I received my Navy Mom necklace, it was Silver and I thought I ordered Gold. I called customer service and at no cost to me they shipped me a gold necklace, talk about great customer service. I love the pendant and will wear it with Navy Mom pride. The only negative is that I wished they sent a more substantial chain with it as it broke the first time I wore it. I would be wiling to pay more and get a more substantial chain. I replaced it with a chain I had previously purchased.
