Just fitted to boxes will see how the dogs keep cool 😎...lights are a bonus. One thing I think is that the fan should be black as being white will get dirty quick with dogs in and out hoping can easily clean . Amazing customer service and slight issue with delivery but was resolved quickly. 🙂

From the moment we ordered to delivery we was totally happy with the service. After we placed the order we got a phone call to thank us for the order and they went through it with us they also suggested an alternative layout which we didn't think of. The only thing I would say is the quick release straps are not really that clever and we ended up getting proper ratchet straps which did the trick spot on. Fabulous, well made box, fits our 2023 Dacia Duster perfectly. Lightweight yet sturdy, we opted to have a divider and our 30kg GSD happily jumps in ready to travel on one side leaving the other side for all her gear! Very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend.

The DT Boxes dog crate is a clever design and very well made and our Lakeland terrier has got used to it quickly. I recommend the accessory door stops, which prevent the door of the crate hitting the rear lights of the car.

Brilliant build quality, I was hesitant at first as it's a bit more expensive than I was thinking but it's more than worth it! The fan mode gets used frequently as the crate is in the boot of the car, I have charged it once so far and it's still going! Now it's darker in the evening the light is also very helpful. Perfect for my 2 collies, I can safely leave them locked in the box while at competitions. I wasn’t happy with delivery, although it was quick, the pallet was left a long way from my house as there’s no vehicle access at the front and the driver refused to come round the back where she could drop it at my gate. Even though I explained I was recovering from breast cancer and couldn’t lift it. She also blocked a neighbour’s car in.

Excellent communication before hand with the reassurance that I could return it at no cost, for a full refund , if it did not fit the hybrid mini countryman. It fits very well. The only consideration to be aware of is that, due to the raised boot space for batteries, the crate blocks the rear view and side mirrors used more. Im very happy with the bumper protector too and the crate is perfect for my two mini Dachsies.

Love my new crates and so do my three Labs - spacious and sturdy. Probably slightly larger than I needed but the dogs can stand, sit and lie down without limitation. Having a mix of Lab colours, I’d probably go for a white crate if I’d have thought about it, as my black labs blend in and it’s not always easy to see what they’re up to (dark on dark). Really pleased with the fan. Nice and quiet but gives a good circulation of cool air right through my DT dog box. Very easy to fit too. Great delivery turnaround time. The only addition I would like is some indication of when the rechargeable battery is running low. At the moment, I recharge it weekly but I’m unsure of running time on maximum and would not like to be caught out without power. Otherwise an excellent addition to my DT dog box.

the box is very well built and secure, the locks work great and I don't have any concerns with having my dogs in them. my only complaint would be that it is a very tight fit in the 2024 model and you do have to close the boot quite firmly to get it to latch in place with the plugs removed however after a week of it being wriggled into place the boot closes easily now with the plugs in and the screws for the divider I have found come out very easily and I have found them completely out a few time...
