Arrived in a timely manner. Excellent communication before hand with the reassurance that I could return it at no cost, for a full refund , if it did not fit the hybrid mini countryman. It fits very well. The only consideration to be aware of is that, due to the raised boot space for batteries, the crate blocks the rear view and side mirrors used more. Im very happy with the bumper protector too and the crate is perfect for my two mini Dachsies.

Perfect for my 2 collies, I can safely leave them locked in the box while at competitions. I wasn’t happy with delivery, although it was quick, the pallet was left a long way from my house as there’s no vehicle access at the front and the driver refused to come round the back where she could drop it at my gate. Even though I explained I was recovering from breast cancer and couldn’t lift it. She also blocked a neighbour’s car in.

This is a really nicely made product and fit perfectly in the awkward boot in my Tesla Model Y. Overall I really like them. I have a very large crate for very large dogs and it needs to stay cool when we travel. Especially as we go to France in summer months. I feel more confident knowing my 2 springers are secure and with the escape hatch in the back in case of an accident is an added bonus. This works as a great option to transport our anxious labrador- it's actually been a game-changer for us as previously our dog would always find a way out of any 'soft' carrier. It fits perfectly in the boot of our Tesla Model Y and definitely makes the best use of space. It's really well made and very robust but is also light enough to move in and out of the car.
