I like the way this fan clips on and off my car dog cage so easily. It stays very securely when in use and so quick to take on and off as required. I remove mine for overnight charging so ready for a good number of hours next day whilst my dog me rest in their crate at dog shows. The fan is well protected by the seat it is set in (grey bit in photo) too. It lasts the number of hours the product description says. So far so good. I am happy with this purchase.

We bought a white cage, as I had read it absorbs less heat. The customer service was excellent. The cage fits our new Volvo XC60 perfectly. The puppies seem to have got used to travelling in it too.

Overall a well designed product. Robust door hinges , decent locks and easy to handle. Bit of a tight fit in the Nemo / Bipper but manageable.

Brilliant build quality, I was hesitant at first as it's a bit more expensive than I was thinking but it's more than worth it! The fan mode gets used frequently as the crate is in the boot of the car, I have charged it once so far and it's still going! Now it's darker in the evening the light is also very helpful. It’s a truism that you get what you pay for - and while this isn’t cheap, it is a top quality product and well worth the money. I have just bought a new car & my Westie and Retriever had trashed the cabin of my previous one. The DT box keeps them very safe and secure in the boot and my new car is clean and tidy inside and will now stay this way ! I would thoroughly recommend DT Boxes to any dog owner.

Thought it was odd they don't come with a bit of rubber on the floor, or at least the option of rubber flooring (TransK9 comes with rubber as standard, but they are better quality in some respects anyway) While this was supposed to be bespoke for a Vivaro, at least another 10cm of height was available, which would make quite a difference, especially to the top dogs. From the moment we ordered to delivery we was totally happy with the service. After we placed the order we got a phone call to thank us for the order and they went through it with us they also suggested an alternative layout which we didn't think of. The only thing I would say is the quick release straps are not really that clever and we ended up getting proper ratchet straps which did the trick spot on.
