You could start by having some decent customer service. You took my order and my money then did not send my order or communicate as to why or replying to my many emails. Only to then send the hat three months later when I didn’t want it any more. The hat has present and the occasion had long passed. Your eventual response that your site had been hacked was utter garbage. I should have been offered a refund not just sent the hat three months after I’d ordered it!
