It's surprisingly very comfortable.
It's quite petite (other ring for scale), which makes it nice to wear everyday. The edges are also nice and smooth.
I was a little worried that the pearl might pop off, but I've worn it for several days straight and it seems very sturdy. The ball fastening is nice and tight too!

The glitter is covered in a smooth resin, which makes it a tiny bit cloudy when not in the light; but makes it comfortable to wear all day!
The ball on mine is a little loose, but if you make sure to do it up properly, it'll be fine.
