Wish I could give it a zero star. Took months to arrive, several emails were sent to the company but they did not respond, once it arrived it was a cheap looking version of the one shown in the pictures. I would never recommend this item or this shop.

I wish I could give zero stars. The item quality is terrible. I peeled off an item sticker and it removed half the paint. They don’t even roll which is their purpose. Customer service is terrible. I’ve sent multiple messages and haven’t received any response.

This product never arrived. I accidentally clicked on marked as arrived I purchased on 12/04/23 and it’s now 12/21/23 I tried to contact by email. By Facebook and by instagram with no reply. I was very excited to get these considering I bought all of them AND purchased prime ensured shipping. GARBAGE SERVICE!

The complete collection is NOT what is pictured with this package. You get 3 items, not 4—and all of them are the quads, none of them are the hexagons. Shipping took MUCH longer than it claims on the site. Quality was NOT what is pictured here. All 3 items had varying levels of quality. I asked to return, and they have been difficult. They had me watch a video to learn how to use it—and gave me a screenshot of the fine print that says what you receive in the package is not what’s pictured. ...

It took the company 2.5 weeks to ship this package, so I wasn’t able to gift it to who I planned to for the winter holidays. Then it was reported as being delivered and it most certainly was not. I reached out to the company first to give them a chance to fix the issue. I am very dissatisfied and dissapointed.
