I supported 5 animals over Christmas by purchasing bracelets for the young people in my life. They were so well received and the recipients wanted to see the mapping of their animal immediately. One of the animals' tracker wasn't working and upon notifying Fahlo, a new animal was offered to us. Customer service email messages were almost instant - it only took a few hours for them to see my email, check the tracker on the animal and send an electronic replacement card. Very happy customer here!

I have all but one animal to track in that bracelet is on order and I checked them everyday and sometimes there's updates and more information along with watching their movement.
