I ordered a 11.5 and received a size 11 in the mail. Would be okay with it but they don’t fit. They were a gift. I’m bummed…

Worst online purchase experience I have ever had. 2 months still no shoes, they’re number doesn’t work. Currently waiting for the shoes still.
