If you are wondering whether this is the right mat for you. Just get it! It is so worth it! We decided to get the small mat for our small play area. Now we love it so much we want to get another one. The quality is great and honestly I love lying on the mat myself while playing with the kids . After we set the mat up you could visually see that the kids enjoyed it. Great buy! Love our relax mat. Gives us peace of mind with a baby learning to roll, sit, and crawl. But he's outgrown the little one already and so we're buying an extra one but in a bigger size. Also, spills are very easy to wipe up.

Being a FIFO worker and doing shift work with long hours the Muscle Mat has been a massive help in releasing tension in back/shoulders and neck as well as aiding in relaxation to get to sleep due to always moving to different room's/beds. Small enough to travel with but large enough to give a full back coverage.

I’ve had lower back troubles for about 5 years. I was recommended the muscle mat and am so glad I bought one straight away. It’s uncomfortable to begin with, but once the warmth kicks in, it’s a great relaxer before bed and I haven’t had any back issues since. I use my mat once a day, for around 10 minutes.
