1 - Induction Stove Heats up too Quicky
Infrared Stove heats up Gradually
2 - Heat is not evenly distributed
Heat is all around and evenly distributed
3 - Roti can not be tatsty
Roti can be as tasty as on Stove
4 - Heats up & Cooling too quick
Heating up & Cooling down is a long process
5 - Last but not least - Infra red cooks amazing...

Have been using the product for about 2 months now. The burners are quite powerful so that cooking time is lesser. The stove is highly fuel efficient. The model is quite sleek and fits better on a smaller kitchen counter.
Caution: For someone used to a hob with lesser flame will have to get adjusted to this stove.

Recently the product stopped working and I had raised a complaint in the service department. Today the guy visited and found that the armature was not working which stopped due to water problem, this water problem happened because the middle LID got stuck on the bottom of the motor due to this we could not assume that it would lead to entering of water.
I had shown the invoice and the guy replaced the armature at no extra cost as it was under warranty.
Now I would like to give a suggestion that...

Aesthetic and slim, suitable size for any normal sized countertop. Using it for around 5 months. Having some issues with auto ignition in one of the burner sometimes, but it's overall a wonderful product. 4 burners makes cooking job quicker n easier hence have reduced my time in the kitchen! I changed it for a while and now decided to buy glen again... But I can say the quality of the stove has gone down.. The steel thickness has changed.. The design will make it difficult to keep it clean... N to top all this I received aone pan stand without a part to fix... I was wondering why most of the stores are not having glen products.. Great product, but big jar is not able to grind dosa batter, blade seems too small..can we chane the blade and fix another like middle jar.? That way the jar can be used for making dosa idli batter, otherwise that jar is useless.

The installation fellow is not experienced to install the chimney. He himself conveyed that he done automatic models only. Then after talking to another technician he some how managed to install the same. Kindly send the experienced person I future.

Bought this just one year ago of Tata Neu and the knob has broken. Not just that the company is charging 1000 bucks for repair. 600 for the knob and 400 for service charges. I was better off with Sunflame which cos about 3k and lasted 10 years without any issues. This is daylight robbery!
