There was no damage to any of the hardware and I wasn't missing anything during the assembly process. The instructions provided are lacking in detail in some areas, but you can find instructional videos on YouTube that will guide you through the assembly process. The trike is amazing to ride! It took about 8 hours to assemble. The instructions are very sketchy and there are several pieces included that weren't on the parts list. Fast, secure shipping. Being mechanically inclined I was able to put it together myself with help from the video, and no bike assembly experience. It was missing the rear fender screws to attach it to the frame, but that was a simple/easy fix. Everything else was included.
