It’s a very fun and chilling game for couple to spend free time together 😉 Like the illustration of Hong Kong map that indicates the interesting places to explore. Also like the idea of double-sided puzzles that can level up the challenge. Just one minor thing: seems the piece of puzzle is kinda thick and easy to tear, we may need a glue to keep the pieces in nice shape 😂

Beautiful guide. Although not a comprehensive look at HK wildlife, the book covers a good sample of HK species. It’s difficult to find English guides to HK nature which are not prohibitively costly. This a good choice for nature lovers who would like to know interesting facts about a wide range of species. Found it cheaper at Lions Rock Press than other online stores.

I really like the artwork on the ginger jar, but I realised that as your photo shows it with the flowers, I’m a bit underwhelmed by the shape of the top. I think long term I will either put flowers in it or display it in a cabinet where the shape of the top is less prominent. It could just be because I have other similar vases from Thailand that all have the pointed tops, but I figured it was still useful to share. I know that long term when I eventually leave HK I will treasure the artwork on...

I’ve been wanting a wooden advent calendar for ages. This one is beautifully made-if feels weighty and I love the glossy white paint finish. The drawers all fit nicely and I like the hinged design. It stands well and will form a good centrepiece for a Christmas display on our sideboard.
