I myself couldn't leave the henna on for that long. I left it on for 30 minutes and got the results I wanted. At first, it was orange but then it got to the color I wanted in like a couple of hours or like 2 days. I really like it a lot and highly recommend it!!

First time using it and I really took my time to place them so they could look natural. Then I slept with them on and they look sooo! good! They look like actual freckles that blend into my skin not like its obviously fake. 10/10 would recommend. I would just say make sure you keep them on for the full amount of time.
