Great coffee. I would prefer the roast to be a bit darker, not dark, but more medium. And my sensitive taste buds can taste the paper of the filter a bit. I try to hold the filter above the cup as much as possible to limit contact of the outside of the filter with the cup of coffee!

The actual “good to the last drop”! Just finished my first bag of coffee and I’m happy to report that it’s excellent. I bought this coffee because it has one of the best ratings for low levels of mytoxins. I have tried many bean coffees. I love coffee. It is my morning routine. However over the years, between the acidic beans and too strong coffees, I haven’t been able to drink it as much. This coffee is amazing! It is strong enough to taste like coffee but light enough to not make you anxious or heavy in your stomach. A-ma-zing. I was a bit reluctant to get it at first. Because I didn’t see that many top-notch coffees coming from Honduras. Boy, was I wrong. This one completely beat my expectations. First sip: sweet but delicate, almost hinting at citrus fruits. And by the time I finished the third sip, I started to feel the nice, round body of this coffee. Wow. Will definitely buy again.

As a coffee-roasting enthusiast, it was a unique experience to work with such high-quality beans. For regular roasting, I have to downgrade to lower-cost but still possibly high-grade coffee. If there was an option to purchase unroasted beens of other coffees, I would subscribe to get it on a regular basis.

Good coffee, and I like the idea of supporting your business, but you should make sure your customers in the U.S. know that it can take a month from order to delivery (due to customs). I don’t know that I would ever order roasted beans because of this, but I do like the convenience of your drip kits for the travel I do.

I gave Spirit Animal a try because I was having bad reactions to typical coffee and thought it could be mould etc., but I wanted a premium product. Well I’ve basically never gone back. No bad reactions and I LOVE the coffee. If you order a six pack of Parainema your price point is coming in below other premium offerings (Stumptown, CounterCulture, Grumpys, etc) and I think completely superior. And the Bourbon is a bit more but amazing!

Clean tasting coffee. It is toasted on the lighter side of medium roast and tastes best without any add-ons. If you like to add milk/non-dairy/butter, do so minimally as it thins out the coffee taste. Overall, I enjoy this coffee knowing that it is sourced respectfully and minimized against mold growth.

Like the Parainema very much. The guava comes through nicly and is very smooth. I think I favor the Lampira/U H Cafe 90 a little more😻 both are superb I guess I’ll have to consult a psychic on which one to by next 🤪🤪🤪😻😻
