Very happy to have a less expensive alternative to the official Avalon replacements. The filtered water tastes just as clean to me and my family! I'm only using it now for 2 days but since far I like it. The spigot does drip after up fill bottle so you have to leave container there for a second. I wasn't happy how long it took ti receive it and way longer to receive the extra filters I bought with at the same time. So far so good, worked as soon as I plugged it in. The package calls for flushing with 4 gallons of water, it actually took 6 gallons till water was clear of filter medium. Having done a lot of camping and used similar filters this was not a surprise. Price value is still steep compared to other filters, but until I can come up with alternate, will use these for now.
