This is my first child's cup. It is so cute!! I love Makerflo cups not just for the quality of the cup and pricing, but I love how they are packaged and have care cards too. Even in the midst if Covid, the shipping was fast. Customer service is also great!

This was my first order and I will absolutely return! I was already in a rush because I got a late order for 8 coffee mugs. And I knew shipping was behind. I emailed and added rush onto my order. I received an email response in about 30 mins. The customer service was amazing. Answers fast and even with covid delaying shipping, I still received my cups within 4-5 days of placing the order. Thank you so much! I just finished up my cups tonight and will be able to deliver before Christmas!

Love love love. I have only ordered a couple of times so far but am thoroughly impressed with their response and ship out time. My order was received sooner than expected. But, one of my favorite things, the way they pack their boxes. Soo much attention paid in the shipping Dept. Never had any damages. Box was packed out perfectly soo there was no movement in transit. I super appreciate this!!! Thank you. And of course I love the window boxes and the tumbler care cards. That goes without saying...

I love these tumblers! The price is great, they are shipped in a timely manner and customer service is amazing. I love that these tumblers actually DO keep drinks cold/hot for hours even in our super hot weather here in NC after hours of heat, I still have ice in my tumbler!

Very impressed with my 30oz tumblers. I used rush processing and had my 25 tumblers in 3 days. Was afraid it would take longer so I ordered a lot of 8 tumblers from the website with the same name as a forest just in case it was 2 day shipping. I absolutely love all products. 3 skinny cups, 3 different coating options. Sublimation, Epoxy, and the Brite Tone method. My request is more cup options. I’d like to sublimate the barrel, mason and 30oz. Understanding curves are difficult.

I LOVE these tumblers. They keep cold drinks cold and hot drinks hot for an extended period of time. There is ice in my tumbler when left overnight!!! I received my products I'm a very timely manner and notified every step of the process from packing up to shipping out. Maker Flo is my go to for tumblers.

I love these 30 Oz Straights! They are perfect to work with abs you don’t have to worry about a taper. I love how the kids sit on top of the cup and don’t fall down into them like other brands. I have had rave reviews from my customers who are so impressed with how cold these cups keeps their drinks and ice! Shipping is always super fast and I know I can get what I need! This was the 20oz thick. While there was some trials with this one and I personally have opted to not purchase this size again, it has nothing to do with the cup. Unless you are not doing a full wrap, you will need at least legal size paper to print an image large enough to go around this cup. The issues I had wasn't with the cup, but with the paper, the oven temp and discoloration from the tape. I contribute most of those issues with something I have done wrong. Great cup! I actually love this one compared to 20oz ozarks that I used to get! My customers love the curve that reminds them of 30oz ozarks but it’s a smooth curve and not rough! Always happy with MakerFlo!
