When I received the Box it was damaged also one of the cups was damaged I going to file a claim but could could definitely tell it was not ship that way. UPS is the one who damaged it so why should I file a claim against Makerflo whenever there product was perfectly fine.

Love love love. I did actually burn my first attempt because of my own error. With the correct temperature and time these tumblers sublimate beautifully. So glad a found you!!

Great quality tumblers. I live the sliding top lid, thick glossy powder coated finish (which engraved BEAUTIFULLY !), included straw, care instructions and color matched gift box all makes for a great product my customers love.

I love that these cups don’t have a ring towards the bottom like most 30 oz tumblers. The others get air bubbling from the seam. No worries with these. The price beats all the other competitors I’ve found.

This was my first time making a purchase with Makerflo, and I was not disappointed! They have super fast delivery. I made my purchase on a Friday night and had my items by the following Friday. I ordered 3 of these mugs, but was only sent one with everything else I ordered. I emailed them to let them know, thinking I would hear back in a day or two. I received an email less than two hours later stating that they would put my missing items in the mail ASAP. I received a new tracking number later ...

MakerFlo has been the only place I have ordered tumblers from. I know there are plenty of other places, but I have absolutely no desire nor need to look elsewhere. Everyone here is super helpful super on top of things and the tumblers are excellent quality, awesome box, straw and care card instructions included with every tumblers. I am impressed. Was worried about trying sublimation. Heard so many horrible stories about sublimation tumblers and how the coating was never even and hard to use etc. But these are great and they sub beautifully! Without the taper makes it easier to wrap and get a good fit! I needed to make in memory cups for someone and this was exactly what I needed!

I absolutely love thick tumblers. I think this size is my favorite. Although it doesn't fit in all cup holders it has a nice stance for the art I apply. I definitely recommend.

These were great. I did not realize they would not actually fit into my mug press, but found that I could slide it in and hold the handle without it clamping closed. They pressed great!

I was able to apply chrome vinyl after 1 coat. There was almost no sanding required and zero bubbles. It was dry and able to be handled in 2 hours.

This cup is great!! I decided to make one for myself because I liked it so much. I still had ice in my cup after 24 hours!! It engraved beautifully as well. Extremely pleased with my purchase and will be buying more!

I love Makers Flo :-) This destash was my very first purchase and I’m SO impressed. My tumblers were all wrapped securely and with great care.
