Great product but I live in Vancouver,B.C., Canada and a 37.41 duty fee was slapped on my order on top of the atrocious conversion rate of US dollars to the Canadian Peso applied by VISA made the grand total for two bottles of liver pills over $150. This stuff is better than pre-workout! It doesn't kick in initially you'd have to give it 15-20min but it'll give you that boost of energy before a workout or a night out. I personally feel fuller in the muscles. I only take half the dosage daily and feel great! Get this ASAP!

I love how easy this powder mixes. I also took the advice of one of the reviews I read and mixed it with Almond Milk and that made a great difference in flavor. When I mix it in 8 ounces of Almond Milk it is still only 200 Calories. However, for the sake of it not being too lumpy I also will add an extra 4 ounces or so of water as well so that it mixes correctly.

I worked out at Vince's in the late 1980s and early 90s several times when I travelled out to the Los Angeles area. I love the large size - it's the banner and various poses of Vince as wall decor. Everything else is equipment modeled to be like Vince's. In fact, this winter I am building a set of workout benches and stands to emulate Vince's even more.

I do, indeed, like the NSP chocolate protein powder. I like what it does. I like the fact that it's the healthiest and most anabolic protein powder you can find. As for the taste, I have tried some other protein powders that taste better. I was skeptical yet curious of what it would taste like. It's not at all bad tasting. It's great with oatmeal. It doesn't do that matted clump thing that whey protein does when you microwave it with oatmeal. I haven't had any stomach issues with it, once I got used to it. It did cause a little constipation during the initial couple of uses. Overall, I'd buy it again.

Great stuff. However, read the label and only take one tablet with meals. I took 5 in the beginning (not smart). I was taking these with other NSP supplements and it took me a few days to figure out why I had diarrhea after every meal. Turns out too much of the enzymes is a bad thing. When I switched to just one, it was great. I recommend these and most of the other supplements from NSP. All great quality.

After two weeks of using nsp milk and egg protein, I can honestly say its quickly become my favorite. Love the flavor and the fact that its probably the only one, that I've seen, that uses lactalbumin part of whey. Almost identical to Blair's original (yea, I'm old school to). Love the product. No artificial sweetnrs as in most. Esp sucralose which is used in 90 percent of the products out there. NSP has a natural clean taste. Plus, ol' skool which I believe in. Hardcore training and good nutrition and clean living. Still a bit soon to know how it will assist with my training which I have just started up after a long lay off with injuries and life situations. I very much enjoyed reading The Wild Physique. Vince Gironda was way ahead of his times. I My favorite discovery was his prescription for gaining weight. He offered the same advice that modern day "experts" prescribe for losing weight. No wonder the whole county struggles with weight!
