I first use the vapor rub on my shoulders for the inflammation from my lupus and I was blown away I have powerful prescription pain medicines then never takes the pain away but this product using it every 4 to 6 hours has kept me pain free I don't have to take the narcotics that I'm prescribed I simply use the vapor rub or the oil and I'm fine.
