This rub and oil is amazing. I had sharp elbow pain that I was convinced would need surgery. It worsen over a 2 month period to the point where my hand was weakened. I started using my left hand more and even had to get assistance with anything weighted like a gallon of milk or case of soda. This rub and oil made an immediate difference. I love the product my arm was hurting I don't recall bump it on anything and it had a little lump on it to so I took some of the Sweet Ginger Vapor Rub put on it and in a couple of days the soreness went away.
